MERA Ecuador Strengthens Bonds During 2025 Integration Day

At MERA Ecuador, we believe that strong teams are built on trust, connection, and collaboration. That’s why our Human Resources department organized the 2025 Integration Day — a space designed to strengthen interpersonal relationships among our collaborators through meaningful and engaging activities.

The event featured three key dynamics aimed at promoting team spirit, unity, and self-awareness:

1. “I Want to Get to Know You”
   This activity encouraged participants to introduce themselves, interact, and connect in a relaxed and friendly setting. The goal was to break the ice and create stronger bonds between colleagues.
2. “Leaving a Mark”
   In this dynamic, team members shared personal and professional experiences, highlighting positive traits in themselves and others. It was a powerful moment of reflection and mutual recognition.
3. “Who Am I?”
   This final activity helped each participant identify their strengths and areas for improvement, both personally and professionally. It inspired team members to think about what they can offer — and what they value — in others.

The sessions were held in a warm, welcoming venue that allowed everyone to disconnect from their usual work routines, relax, and focus on building relationships. The day was filled with laughter, shared stories, and authentic connection.

To ensure full participation and flexibility, the integration event was divided into two groups: morning and afternoon.
